• An aerospace firm developing and manufacturing electronic devices for global markets
• Pre and post acquisition due diligence to investigate and evaluate organizational and management structure, policies, formal and informal practices, key cultural components and capability.
• Strategic, business and functional planning facilitation, leading to improvement in definition of strategies, objectives, implementation plans and execution.
• As lead spokesperson successfully negotiated first, renewal and closure agreements with Teamsters, CAW CUPE, CEP and UFCW on behalf of:
• National publicly-traded transportation company.
