J. C. (Jake) Arnold – Principal

As the founder and Principal in the firm, Jake Arnold, brings to client assignments a broad base of business and consulting experience and achievement, predominantly within consumer goods, e-commerce and technology and not-for-profit organizations across North America.

Within organizations such as BCE, Nabisco, NCR and Delphax Technologies, he has developed an ability to identify the ‘impact drivers’ of organizational success and has been able to translate this understanding into the design of strategies, programs and processes that favorably impact organizational and individual performance.

Additionally, and prior to the inception of Arnold Sinden & Roth, he has consulted in the automotive and health-care sectors and lectured in organizational behavior in the School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Jake is viewed as strategic, pragmatic and results-focused while possessing strong organizational acumen. He has exceptional interpersonal, partnering, facilitation and coaching skills and is able to build credibility quickly – up, down and across organizations.

He is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and holds the designation C.H.R.P.
